All account balances, bonus amounts and withdrawal requests are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a supported cryptocurrency equivalent is expressly stated at the time of deposit.

lepak44 supports a range of Malaysian payment channels for Account funding and withdrawal. All transactions are processed in MYR unless a supported cryptocurrency equivalent is explicitly confirmed during the deposit process.

Deposits: Funds deposited through lepak44's supported channels will be credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Estimated processing windows are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire 15–60 minutes. These are estimates and are not guaranteed completion times. Withdrawals may take longer during peak periods, scheduled maintenance or where additional security review is required.
Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 or the published equivalent for cryptocurrency withdrawals. lepak44 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of lepak44.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lepak44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: gambling losses; loss of profits; loss of data; technical failures; service interruptions; or third-party actions.
lepak44 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms limits lepak44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
lepak44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User Account at its discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Users may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting lepak44 support. Where an Account is closed and there is a verifiable positive Balance, lepak44 will endeavour to return those funds to a confirmed payment method after applicable checks are completed, provided no active investigations are in progress.
lepak44 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before they come into effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lepak44 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to lepak44's internal dispute resolution process, which aims to respond within ten (10) business days of a formal complaint being lodged.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the applicable regulatory body or an agreed-upon independent arbitration authority. Malaysian users acknowledge that Malaysian courts may or may not have jurisdiction depending on the nature of the dispute and the applicable legal framework.
Nothing in this clause prevents a User from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court to prevent irreparable harm.
